Food Customs

Response: One time, I tried a new culture's food. At first I wasn't accustomed to eating this new kind of food. Also when trying this food, we had to only use your hands. It wasn't super hard to do, but it was new. I had to be respectful and show how I was a nice and thoughtful person. I used their customs to eat their foods.

Summary: We watched a video from a show where someone didn't know a culture's customs and was disrespectful to them.

Reflection: I learned that many cultures have different ways of doing things. In this case, you should let everyone get a portion before you load your plate up.
