With 4.5-week grades posting on September 2, reflect on your experience in AP Language so far. What has been going well for you, what has been challenging, and what is one thing you need to improve moving forward?

 Prompt Response: I have enjoyed meeting new people as well as understanding new topics such as gender and cultural identity. Right now were making our cultural identity masks. I have done a good job at managing my time well and making sure that all of my work gets completed in a timely fashion. One thing that I need to improve on moving forward is giving my full attention to the teach in class. Sometimes I find myself talking with friends a lot more than actually paying attention.

Summary: Today we worked on making our cultural identity masks.

Reflection: I learned more about myself and others about my cultural identity.

  Prompt Response:  Quite a few times in my life, I have had to submit an assignment really close to the deadline because I totally forgot about it. Most times I would turn it in roughly 1 hour before it is due but one particular time, I turned it in just seconds before it was due. It was on a Friday night and I was out having dinner with my family, we got home pretty late after we had finished eating and I decided to call my friend to see if he wanted to play video games with me. We began to play and we were chatting about what had happened during the day. Eventually he brought up that we had to turn in some assignment that night. I had totally forgotten about it and I rushed over to my chromebook to check the time. The time was 11:58. I knew I had just seconds before it was late thankfully I turned it in on time.   Prompt Response:  One word that describes me is hardworking. I love to be a responsible person and getting all of my jobs done. Also everything that I do, I do with all of my effort.
