 Prompt Response: One time I was making food while I was on a FaceTime call. I showed the person that I was making some grilled chicken. My friend proceeded to say because I was white the chicken was going to be bland and that I would probably boil it. This made me realize that some people are just in the world being mean so I dropped my friend. Now I have good friends who I treat with respect and who treat me with respect.

Summary: Today we wrote down different stereotypes about different ethnic groups.

Reflection: I learned how certain people feel about the stereotype of their culture.

  Prompt Response:  Quite a few times in my life, I have had to submit an assignment really close to the deadline because I totally forgot about it. Most times I would turn it in roughly 1 hour before it is due but one particular time, I turned it in just seconds before it was due. It was on a Friday night and I was out having dinner with my family, we got home pretty late after we had finished eating and I decided to call my friend to see if he wanted to play video games with me. We began to play and we were chatting about what had happened during the day. Eventually he brought up that we had to turn in some assignment that night. I had totally forgotten about it and I rushed over to my chromebook to check the time. The time was 11:58. I knew I had just seconds before it was late thankfully I turned it in on time.
