 Prompt Response: One conversation that changed me was a conversation I had with my mom. She told me that my Grandpa had passed away. It was a reality check for me. He passed away in 2018 on July 4. That whole day I was having fun and spending time with my family. When I got home my mom was crying and she told me the news. 

Summary: My mom told me that my Grandpa had died and I got a reality check.

Reflection: I'm thankful for my mom telling me this and not hiding it from me.

  Prompt Response:  Quite a few times in my life, I have had to submit an assignment really close to the deadline because I totally forgot about it. Most times I would turn it in roughly 1 hour before it is due but one particular time, I turned it in just seconds before it was due. It was on a Friday night and I was out having dinner with my family, we got home pretty late after we had finished eating and I decided to call my friend to see if he wanted to play video games with me. We began to play and we were chatting about what had happened during the day. Eventually he brought up that we had to turn in some assignment that night. I had totally forgotten about it and I rushed over to my chromebook to check the time. The time was 11:58. I knew I had just seconds before it was late thankfully I turned it in on time.
