 Prompt: Something that I will never understand is why people can take their jobs so seriously sometimes. There was this one experience that I had when I went to Publix. While I was there shopping, I went to the bakery to get a Kids Club Cookie. All the times in my life that I've been to Publix, I've always gotten a cookie. But this particular time, the worker said that I had to be at most 12 years old. This made me quite annoyed because they were free cookies and it wouldn't hurt him to give one away.

Summary: While I was at Publix, I tried to get a kids club cookie and was denied.

Reflect: I hope that people will be chiller and not so serious about a damn cookie.

  Prompt Response:  Quite a few times in my life, I have had to submit an assignment really close to the deadline because I totally forgot about it. Most times I would turn it in roughly 1 hour before it is due but one particular time, I turned it in just seconds before it was due. It was on a Friday night and I was out having dinner with my family, we got home pretty late after we had finished eating and I decided to call my friend to see if he wanted to play video games with me. We began to play and we were chatting about what had happened during the day. Eventually he brought up that we had to turn in some assignment that night. I had totally forgotten about it and I rushed over to my chromebook to check the time. The time was 11:58. I knew I had just seconds before it was late thankfully I turned it in on time.
