Describe a time you felt completely lost.

 Response: One time when I felt completely lost was when I went to White Water water park. I was with my cousins and we were waiting in line to go on a ride. I looked away to see how long the line was and when I looked back, they were gone. I panicked and ran towards the center of the park because I thought that is where they would have been. Thankfully I was smart enough to talk to a life guard and they helped me reunite with my family.

Summary: Mr. Rease went over a slide show about gender and sexes in society.

Reflection: Today I learned that there is a difference between gender and sex.

  Prompt Response:  Quite a few times in my life, I have had to submit an assignment really close to the deadline because I totally forgot about it. Most times I would turn it in roughly 1 hour before it is due but one particular time, I turned it in just seconds before it was due. It was on a Friday night and I was out having dinner with my family, we got home pretty late after we had finished eating and I decided to call my friend to see if he wanted to play video games with me. We began to play and we were chatting about what had happened during the day. Eventually he brought up that we had to turn in some assignment that night. I had totally forgotten about it and I rushed over to my chromebook to check the time. The time was 11:58. I knew I had just seconds before it was late thankfully I turned it in on time.
